Eight years running a software agency taught us one thing: every tool on the market was built for someone else. So we built Chronixo - for us, and for every agency that felt the same.
SolGuruz had grown to 100+ developers, clients across 15 countries, and dozens of active projects running simultaneously. By every external measure, things were working. Internally, it was chaos.
Every Monday morning started the same way: opening five different browser tabs before we could answer one simple question - how much do we bill the client this month?
Data lived in different places. Time entries didn't match sprint tasks. Clients couldn't see their project status without us preparing a manual report. None of the tools on the market understood agencies. They were built for freelancers, or enterprise IT departments, or field teams. So in 2022, we stopped looking and started building.
We build products in sprints. It only made sense to tell our own story the same way.
Satendra has spent the better part of a decade building software for other people's companies - and doing it well. Under SolGuruz, he led a team that shipped 150+ products across 15 countries in fintech, healthtech, and enterprise SaaS.
But the experience of running a growing agency with fragmented tooling eventually became impossible to ignore. Rather than accept it as the cost of doing business, Satendra did what engineers do: he built a better solution.
He's based in Ahmedabad, India - and he still uses Chronixo every day to run SolGuruz.
Not mission statement language. Real commitments - the kind that cost us something to keep.
