These Terms govern your access to and use of Chronixo, operated by SolGuruz. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.
Access to Chronixo is organized into roles - Super Admin, Admin, Project Manager, Project Admin, Team Member, and Client. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Administrators are responsible for managing members and permissions within their organization.
Paid plans are billed per active user on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may add or remove seats at any time; changes are reflected in your next billing cycle. We may update pricing with reasonable notice.
We offer a 14-day free trial of paid features without requiring a credit card. At the end of the trial, you may select a paid plan or continue on the free Starter plan. We will not charge you automatically without your selection of a paid plan.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access data belonging to other organizations, reverse-engineering the service, or using it for unlawful purposes. Time-tracking features must be used in compliance with applicable employment and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to Chronixo. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Administrators can permanently delete members, projects, and clients using a type-to-confirm safeguard. Deletion is permanent and irreversible once confirmed, subject only to standard backup retention windows.
We target 99.9% uptime with automatic failover and nightly backups, but the service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Support is provided according to your plan level.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolGuruz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
