Will I lose any data during migration?

No - every import starts with a free dry-run preview showing exactly what will be created, and you get a 7-day window to fully undo the import if anything looks wrong.

What if my tool isn't in the list?

Any tool that can export to CSV works. Upload the export and map the columns yourself, or start from the Chronixo Excel template instead.

How are team members matched?

Team members are automatically matched by email address. Anyone without a match is flagged during the dry-run so you can invite them or map them manually before committing.
