Chronixo, operated by SolGuruz (“we”, “us”), provides a multi-tenant work management platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Chronixo you agree to the practices described here.
We collect information you provide directly - account details, organization and member profiles, projects, tasks, and time entries - as well as information generated through use of the platform, including activity data captured by the desktop time-tracking app (screenshots, idle status, and application/URL activity) where enabled by your organization.
We also collect standard technical data such as device, browser, and IP address for security and reliability.
We use information to operate and improve the platform, provide time tracking and reporting, route approvals, deliver notifications, secure accounts, process payments, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.
Chronixo is multi-tenant: many organizations use the same platform, but each organization’s data is strictly isolated at the row level. One organization can never access another’s data. Within an organization, access is governed by role-based permissions, and clients only ever see the limited information exposed through the Client Portal.
The Client Portal is designed to protect sensitive information. Clients can see project progress, sprints, milestones, and shared documents, but never see logged hours, monetary amounts, rates, screenshots, or internal team conversations.
We encrypt data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), enforce role-based access control on every action, and offer TOTP two-factor authentication. We maintain complete audit logs of significant events, perform nightly backups, and retain backup data for at least 90 days.
Larger customers may choose to store their data in the United States, Europe, or Asia-Pacific. Contact us to configure data residency for your organization.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Chronixo is GDPR compliant; to exercise your rights, contact your organization’s administrator or our team at product@solguruz.com.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When an organization or record is permanently deleted, the data is removed (subject to backup retention windows). Deletion in Chronixo is intentional and irreversible once confirmed.
