BYOS (Bring Your Own S3) means you connect your own cloud storage bucket - AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, or Azure Blob - and Chronixo routes all screenshot data directly to it. Chronixo never stores the actual images on our servers; we only hold metadata (timestamp, user, activity %). You get full ownership and control of your employee monitoring data. Setup takes about 5 minutes with your cloud credentials.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new rate applies immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. There are no lock-in contracts on monthly plans. Annual plans can be upgraded mid-year; downgrades or cancellations on annual plans take effect at the renewal date.

You can export all your data - time entries, projects, timesheets, and reports - in CSV and PDF format at any time before cancelling. If you use BYOS S3, your screenshot data is already in your own bucket and is completely unaffected by cancellation. After account closure, Chronixo retains anonymized aggregate statistics only; all personal and project data is deleted within 30 days.
